I photographed Breezy’s outdoor-natural light senior pictures last year and it was so much fun! So this year when I wanted to make a video show casing what a senior portrait session is like at our studio I knew just who to call! I don’t think there’s a person on the planet who smiles as much as Breezy! Well, maybe her mom who is equally as awesome Thanks again ladies for helping me make this video in eau claire, wisconsin it was quite the fun day!

Love Yourself to be Lovely

Your boudoir photo shoot & makeover are going to be so much fun! We’ve been boosting confidence since 2007! Our 1100 sq ft. portrait studio in Eau Claire, WI (near hudson wiscosin) is decked out like a boutique hotel, has a private dressing room/wash room, a viewing area & place for you to have your professional hair/makeup done. I also do light retouching included. What this means is that I retouch any areas that need it but I will always keep you looking like you. Remember “It’s not about how you look but how you FEEL about the way you look.”

So what exactly IS a boudoir photo shoot?
Boudoir, pronounced “budwar” or “boodwah,” means bedroom in french and was coined in the photography world to mean “sexy pictures.” A boudoir photo shoot is a shoot for you capturing your sexy self. That being said, this does not mean you “need” to be photographed in lingerie. Most women do choose lingerie (or at least 1-2 outfits) but boudoir is all about sex appeal, flirting and leaving some things to the imagination I believe any outfit can be made sexy. It’s all in the posing and facial expression (which Molly Marie will coach you on). Other outfits that are just as sexy as lingerie include: jeans/white t-shirts, dresses, illusion of topless or nude, his button up shirt, his leather coat, etc. For more outfit ideas please check out our boudoir outfit board on pinterest.

Why would somebody want to do a shoot like this?
Contrary to popular belief most women do this for themselves! Boudoir portraits shoots are SO confidence boosting but at the same time a very pampering experience. We all get so busy with our jobs, kids, hobbies, etc. that it’s time you took some time for yourself! Besides doing a shoot for yourself there are many other milestones these shoots are perfect for:

-birthday present to yourself
-to celebrate (new job, milestone, etc.)
